Dato’ Tan Meng Seng, also known as Dato’ Vincent, is the Founder and Managing Director of Oren Sport Group, which combines Oren Sport Sdn Bhd and MyGift Universal Sdn Bhd, two well-known corporate apparel and corporate gift suppliers in Malaysia and Singapore.

During the pandemic, Oren Sport Group became the first and only company in Southeast Asia to successfully list its corporate apparel and corporate gift business as MBV International Limited on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

Dato’ Vincent Tan was the students of Southern College, and he actively participated in campus activities and student affairs organizations during his studies. He met various people during his college life, accumulated a lot of knowledge and experience, and broadened his horizons.

Aside from his business, Dato’ Vincent Tan is also committed to giving back to society. He not only actively participates in social and charitable activities himself but also leads Oren Sport Group to participate in public welfare activities, sponsor social organizations, fulfill corporate social responsibilities, and actively give back to society.

Dato’ Tan Meng Seng co-founded his own clothing brand, Oren, with two other brothers in 1995. They expanded their market to Singapore in 1998 and to Kuala Lumpur in 2003, opening many branches along the way. According to a report by Frost & Sullivan, an internationally renowned market research company, Oren Sport’s market share is 25% in Malaysia, making it the largest clothing supplier in the country. Oren Sport now has 12 offices and showrooms, over 400 employees, and more than 6 million items in stock, including t-shirts, shirts, pants, jackets, hats, towels, and various gifts.

Dato’ Vincent Tan has received several honors and awards throughout his career. In 2013, he was awarded the title of Dato’ by the Sultan. He also won the Super Golden Eagle Award from Nanyang Siang Pau for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016, ranking in the top 20 in the next two years.
