Datuk Seri Teo Shiok Fu JP DGSM., DIMP., DPSM.

Datuk Seri Teo’s business interests are in oil palm plantations and investment holdings.  He is the Executive Director of the TAK Group of Companies.

He is a Council member of the Malaysia Estate Owners’ Association (MEOA) since 2005, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, UK (FCIM).

He was appointed as a Justice of the Peace (JP) by TYT Yang Di-Pertua Negeri Melaka in 2007, and is a member of the Commonwealth Magistrates’ and Judges’ Association, UK.

Active with community and social services, Datuk Seri Teo is currently the Deputy Chairman and an Executive Governor of Southern University College in Johor Bahru, the First Vice President of the Persatuan Hainan Johor Bahru, a Trustee of the Social Hero Foundation which is the organizer of the Iskandar Malaysia Social Hero Awards (IMSHA) and a member of Foon Yew Foundation.

As a member of the Rotary Club of Johor Bahru since 1999, he has served in various capacities including as the President in RY2017-18.  He was also the President of the Rotary Club of Johor Bahru Foundation in 2017-18.

He was a Board member of the MSU Board of Investment and Entrepreneurship at the Management & Science University (MSU) in Shah Alam, Selangor from 2017-19.
