Career Highlights
• In 2001, Dato’ Sri Simon Liew began his real estate career as a real estate agent with Avenue Properties Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• From 2003 to 2006, he served as a branch manager for Jyms Property Sdn Bhd, another prominent real estate firm located in Kuala Lumpur.
• In 2006, Dato’ Sri Simon Liew founded Lee Foong Properties Sdn Bhd with the aim of buying and selling second-hand commercial and residential properties in Kuala Lumpur.
• In 2010, he formed a new development project team to promote new projects and expanded the number of real estate agents from 100 to 300.
• Dato’ Sri Simon Liew founded Landmark Holding Sdn Bhd, a property investment company in the year of 2018. He then went on to launch LCD Holding Ltd (a Landmark Construction & Development) in 2021 with the goal of enhance property development in Malaysia.

Achievements and Awards
• Dato’ Sri Simon Liew was conferred the first-class meritorious title of Dato’ Sri (SSAP) in 2018 for his significant contributions to the business industry, education, charity organizations, and society.
• In 2022, he was honoured with the Top 10 Rising Stars Awards as part of the World Digital Economy Distinguished Corporate Achievement Award.
