Achievement

Dato Anson has operated logistics business for more than 15 years and focus mainly in mining and Oil and gas industry.

However, for the past 3 years he ventured into different industries and have achieved great results. Namely F&B, Property management and manpower supply.

At the moment, he has altogether 11 restaurants. He took over Meisan Szechuan Restaurant, which was established in JB since 38 years ago in the year 2021. His first Meisan outlet was setup in Berjaya waterfront hotel and the other two are setup at Forest city and Puteri Cove

respectively. Dragon Crest Restaurant which can accommodation 140 banquet tables in one event is based in Kulai. Another 7 outlets of Planet Shellouts restaurant are scattered around in various strategic locations in Johor Bahru town.

He started property management in 2021, beside buying and selling of factories and land, the company also helps to repair water leakages and defects, painting, landscaping and renovation. With a database of 60 factories now engaging their services, the business is growing rapidly.

The company has also successfully sold 7 properties in the past one year.

Manpower supply services started in the year 2019 and during peak, the company supplied around 200 workers to the market in various industries.

The company also assists in quota application, hostel license application, recalibration and provide hostel to foreign workers.

Moving forward, Dato Anson is going to export soft drinks and snacks to Southeast Asia countries, Australia and USA too. However, it is still in the preliminary stage and hope that it can be successful as well.
