Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker Cherk Yee is a council’s president of the Malaysia Dato’ Entrepreneurs’ Association, having been conferred with the Dato’ honorific at the age of 30 and the Dato’ Sri honorific at the age of 32. With over two decades of experience in the property industry, he has established himself as a highly respected figure and a leader in his field. As the association’s president, he plays a crucial role in shaping its direction and upholding its values for the association’s members. Dato’ Sri Jacky grew up in a modest family and being the eldest among his siblings, he helped his parents manage their night market stall during his younger years. This experience taught him valuable skills such as communication, responsibilities and persistence.

He is the founder of Premier Plus Group, a developer marketing consultancy company in Johor which provides property consultancy services to end customers and property developers. Under his leadership, Premier Plus has successfully created a competitive edge by being the only property marketing outsourcing company with its own in-house mortgage and administration team. With his guidance, over 300 professional sales teams have sold over 4,000 units of property each year. To date, Premier Plus has assisted more than 50 developers in selling over 30,000 units of property.

Dato’ Sri Jacky Ker is a successful entrepreneur who oversees a group of companies and other businesses, including a resort in Desaru with over 500 rooms. Additionally, he serves as a Special Marketing Advisor for overseas partners, building strong professional partnerships with foreign and local banks to gain a deep understanding of the property market’s demands and needs. He places great emphasis on providing value for money products.

Apart from his successful entrepreneurial career, Dato’ Sri Jacky also leads his team to support several non-governmental organizations and serves as an Honorary Advisor of the Teo Chew Association and many other NGOs. As a member of the Malaysia Dato’ Entrepreneurs’ Association, he is committed to empowering successful business leaders to drive economic growth and create job opportunities for Malaysians. He also remains committed to giving back to society through charitable activities and collaborative efforts with his fellow members to help transform Malaysia into the best it can be.
