Tan Sri Dato’ Tan Seng Leong PSM., DPTJ.

Tan Sri Dato’ Tan Seng Leong ,  borned in 20 Mac 1956,  a Malaysian, was appointed to the Board on November 1988. He is the founder and also the Group Managing Director of BCB Berhad. 

He is the founder of BCB Berhad. He is also a director of BCB’s Subsidiaries and several private companies. He is and entrepreneur with considerable experience in the property development industry, particularly in the State of Johor.

He has proven his strength and capability in reorganizing and redeveloping abandoned housing projects and slumped land into modernized city squares and township.  As a consequences,  his effort indirectly boosts the economy of the local community.   Year 1997,  Tan Sri Dato’ Tan has been identified as “doctor of real estate” and “father of development in Kluang”. In recognizing his contribution to the community, the local government has assigned one of the streets in Kluang’s commercial centre with the name “Jalan Dato’ Tan Seng Leong”.

In year 2013, Tan Sri Dato’ Tan has been elected as  the Vice President of The Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry of Malaysia, President of Johor Associated Chinese Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and also holds the position of President of Kluang Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry. 

In Year 2006, Tan Sri Dato’ Tan holds the positons as the Vice President of Malaysia Institute of Young Enterpreneurs. And Tan Sri Dato’ Tan did appointed as the director of Malaysia Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) previously.  He also act as the Deputy President of Johor Basketball Association and In year 1990 to 2002, he became the president of Kluang District Basketball Association. Tan Sri Dato’ Tan also being appointed as Honorary President of Johor Taoism Chi-Luan House, Kluang previously and also as Honorary President of Various schools, associations, youth organizations, charity bodies and religious organizations

Over the years, the BCB Group led by Tan Sri Dato’ Tan has purchased and developed over 4000 acres of land, and is today highly respected for its mixed development Project in Malaysia.

The Group’s principal activities include property development, real estate management, hotel management, project management, road construction, manufacturing of concrete products and trading of building materials.

Successful property developments include residential , retail and hotel project as well as shop office in Kluang, Batu Pahat, Johor Bahru, Pontian, Yong Peng, Parit Raja, Seremban , Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
